I opened the cellphone and seems the litle band that comes from the side of on/off and Volume +/- is partially broken, is it possible to replace it?

Xiaomi Redmi Note 2: Phone shutting down randomly, unusable.

My Redmi Note 2 is randomly shutting down even when is connected to the charger. This started to happen after the battery swallen up, which was replaced with an original one.

I read online it coud be a rom problem but the is currently running the official global rom and I tryed the official chinese one but the issue persist, TWRP is not installed, fully stock rom.

So this can only be an hardware issue, any thoughts on what is causing the problem?

If I replace the motherboard will it fix the problem?

Friend gave me phone that is bend a little bit and some of upper part of thr screen doesnt respond for touching but everything else is fine. Also it look Luke someone wanted to take phone Apart because only thr screen and inside is bend maliny it difficult to press thr power and sound buttons.

i pulled out simcard and my phone was locked asking for pin that i dont remember soo i tried factory data reset but code was still there soo i tried wipe cache and than again i factory reset but didnt work than when my phone was booting i kept pressing power and volume up to get into recovery at that time my phone screen turned black but when i turn it off and plug in charger it shows charging sign battery on screen. this problem was not solved i ran into another one i tried installing stock firmware and installed the wrong build firmware. and now i am going to install again correct firmware build .using sp flash tool.if you guys help me i would be very thankful.

my phone is infinix zeroe 3 that is not listed .

chipset is mt6795

firmware i am going to use is x552-H952-A1-M-160803v21

previously i installed Infinix_Zero_3_X552_H952_A1_L_20160224

Xiaomi Redmi Note 2: Phone not charging until it is below 5% battery.

My phone not charging until it is below 5% battery when it's plugged, but it shows the charging symbol on the phone itself. It will start charging normally once the batter enters below 5% battery life (it will even reach 100%).

I tested it with an external battery that has an power monitor, and the phone draws 0Amps if I attempt charging at over 5%, and when I do it under 5% it draws around 1.4-1.5 Amps.

From what I read, I understand I could be either the charging PCB or the battery, what do you guys think it could be? Thanks in advance!
