HI, the receiver microphone seem to be faulty. Dont know if it is hardware? The phone is about 4 months old and the receiver just went mute?? Can you assist and can this be fixed.

I have reset factory settings already and tried all the fixes on the internet - still no go.

My phone doesn't work. The case is that I used facebook and then there was a facebook noti on my phone and suddenly I can't drag or swipe my phone screen. Moreover, volume and screen on/off buttons don't work ,too! So, my phone screen is still open. What can I do?

My device won’t turn on after charging for a few hours. I recently changed the charging connector and on the first few times using it, the device would just shine the red LED light at the top, and would attempt to turn on while the battery is removed. Now, it would not even turn on and the top LED wont show the red light.

So my SIM card stopped working and i thought it was my phone, tried to take it apart but gave up as I didn't want to use to much force and it might break if I will. So I put it back together and now it won't work at all unless i plug it in. Windows recognises "MT65xx Preloader" in device manager for a few seconds then phone powers on showing boot logo for a few seconds, then showing a corrupted battery charging logo and powering off with a green notification light.

Is there any way to fix this?
