I dropped my phone and at first the display wasn't turning on. At some points it turned on and in other I all I could hear was the opening and closing sound, the vibrations of the home button. And my mom told me to try turning it off and it isn't turning on anymore I can hear it vibrate but it doesn't seem to respond in anyway. I tried charging it or plugging it into my computer but no answer. Is there any way I could fix it and if not how much would it cost to buy replacement parts or go to a phone fixing service? (Sorry English is not my native language so there might be a few or more mistakes.)

So i recently dropped my xiaomi redmi 9T (i am aware this is a different phone but it wasn't one of the options). The screen broke: some cracks and part was black. Someone videocalled me and i was able to pick up and call them for almost an hour. When i tried to open apps the phone would automatically either press tabs or home, making it impossible to use my phone. i assumed this happened because of the cracks. I brought my phone to the store, they ordered 3 new screens, none of which worked. The guy in the shop told me the problem is probably the motherboard, but that seems very weird to me cos i could still call someone and open my phone. Is it possible that the problem is really my phone or maybe they damaged it after i handed it over?

When i shake my phone the "Hastags (#)" comes up like in the search bar if there's a search bar, if it's not my phone touch screen like reseting my touch screen, like my finger is touching and hold it from left to right when my finger still in touch the way of first touch still in left, but when i shake my phone a little bit, it was like reseting the touch screen and when i still touching it was just like my first touch is stop and my phone touch screen recognize the right side is the new touch while i'm still holding my finger.

This issue is already like 2 years, I already Reset Factory my phone 2 times and the issue still there, is it from my hardware?

this is only occur when my phone is already at 0% and it will shut down by itself, if i try to 'on' my phone, the redmi logo show up and then disappear. if i try to repeat and it will be the same. this is the same while charging. pls help ;-;

Hi, my phone actually is Xiaomi 8A but there is no option for it on the site. Last week, I dropped my phone on the floor. I did not think much of it and I've dropped my phone countless times before. This time, I noticed my mobile data strength doesn't stay the same, it goes weaker then strong and weak etc. I've tried some solutions but get no results. I placed my sister's phone on the same spot as mine which got good signal and strength while mine doesn't. We both use the same data provider. Any help is appreciated and sorry for my bad english

Description

I've had my phone for about 3 years now and haven't had any problems with it until now. Today, while watching a video on YT, my screen turned off, and after a long while it turned back on, and the cycle continues. It's not the phone itself, it's the screen. Interestingly, the phone still responded to touch, because I could stop a video, etc.

The phone was never dropped, water-damaged or overheated, also never been in a service center, cause I never had any issues with it.

I tried to turn it off completely, but when I turned it on, still nothing. Only after some time the screen did turn back on. Also, I tried the same with booting it into bios, but still didn't work.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do with it before I take it to the service center?
