Xiaomi Mi A1: How to solve brightness problem after screen replacement?

Hello,

I bought an unoriginal screen to replace my broken screen on my Xiaomi MI A1.

I did the replacement but as it's not an original screen, there is a problem with brightness :

When I boot the phone, the Xiaomi logo appear with a normal brightness. But then, when the logo disappear and the home screen appear, the brightness become extremely low (can only be seen in a dark room).

Everything else works perfectly (touch, apps, ...).

Even if I move the brightness bar, the brightness doesn't change. I also tried to change it with apps but it didn't work either.

The weird thing to me is that the screen is able to have a good brightness (because when the phone boot the brightness is good) but when in use, the brightness is terrible.

So, is there a method to have a good brightness on an unoriginal screen after a replacement ?

Thank you !

Xiaomi Mi A1: My MI A1 IS NOT TURNING ON.

Hi,

My MI A1 Phone it just got switched off and does not get turn on.

Please advice me.

Update (01/23/2020)

Basically my phone got switched off yesterday ( that mean Thursday 23th jan at 7.30 PM). I tried every possible way like hard reset...Button (Both Power Button + Volume Up or Down Button Press more than 1 min)... I connected to laptop also but my phone did not showed any LED flash or any response.

then i reached to MI Care... They told me its a motherboard issue... You need to replace the motherboard.... But At 10 PM today (Friday 24th Jan) unfortunately and luckily my phone get turned on automatically in hard reset mode. Then again i did all the installation backup....After that I got reminder that you need to update the latest system update of jan 2020....Basically again i download that system update and installed them i got the message as restart the device to apply update.... So i did a restart and now badly it wont turning on again,..No any Flash light..No charging..No response to power button....cant respond to anything.. Tell me what should i do....Or its a bug in a update?
