I have two xiaomi home surveillance camera and i have a problem with them.the problem is that it sees randome things and sends notification.i get 25-30 notifications a day when i am away from home.also the notifications some times will come very late and some times they wont come at all only if i open the app.

Hello, i have a xiaomi mi 1080p 360 camera,when i pulged in the yellow light stays on,the google shearchs says that it may be bricked, i have try manny verisions of recovery files from diferent models incluiding mine (mjsxj05cm) but it dosen't work.

I have a usb stick that shows the amps draw,when i plugit in shows 0 miliamps draw,when i put the sd card with the recovery files show 0 miliamps.

i had taken out the mainbord,there is no visual damage,no short and the 5v and 3.4 v are present.

If the camera was bricked it should draw some miliamps? any advices?:D

Can I ask for help in identifying the following SMD component? Package is SOT23-5. Marking is bPCGD . Probably is voltage detector but I dont know his parameters. It is a component of mainboard IP camera YI YHS3017. I add photos of the mainboard and a diagram of this component that I was able to measure. Pinuot 3 is connected to a nearby coil, pinout 2 is ground, pinout 5 is voltage from power supply (5V). I`ve looked in many catalogs but it is probably a unique label of the manufacturer. I've been looking for this information for several days. I wonder what is means small letter "b" on the marking? Its means country of production? Or manufacturer designation? Thank for your help!

Xiaomi Camera: Bought a used Yi Lite. Won't turn on. What can I do to trouble shoot?

Bought it from eBay. Battery and SD card are in there. When connected to power only the LED near the lens is showing red. My USB tester thingy shows it is using 1.3-0.5 A. When I press the power button I sometimes get one red blink from the LED in the button. The case gets hot when it is using 1A. But that is not all the time. Very strange.

A few questions: does the Yi Lite boot without a SD card? Does the Yi boot without a battery and only usb power? Does it boot at all connected to power?

When I on the camera, its only 'bip' and bip, does not show can be connect to phone. after several times, will be ok, then when I connect to my phone, the camera do not show the picture, just dark. the yicam not taking pictures/video when shutter button is press or triggered remotely via app. it only beeps 3 times and nothing is captured.
