I’ve just bought the Xiaimo QiCycle bike, and I was so happy of my purchase.

I’ve ride it to my work for a few time before winter, and I put it in the garage waiting for better days.

The sun comes finaly earlier, and when i tried to charge the battery, nothing works…

I noticed that once connected to the charger, the green led of the charger did not turn red (charging indicator), while the indicator of the bike tells me that it is completely discharged

This green led stay to green, and do not charge the battery:(

Could you tell me what to do to find out if the problem is with the charger or the battery?

I've a Xiaomi QiCycle and when the bike reaches 20km/h the board stops powering the engine....

Somebody knows how remove/bypass/change this software limit?

The past 2-3 weeks I’m experiencing a problem with the electric bike.

The meter of Watts in the display has a lots of variation and while it might be at one moment 140 Watts, it can change to 200 Watts after a second without any reason (cycling with steady pace).

This results in stopping the motor even if I am under the limit of 25km/hr (kind of blocking it so it doesn’t give boost) as it is probably limited to going to a certain amount of max Watts.

The solution for the motor to keep giving boost is to stop the bike and start again from 0 Watts.

Any ideas on this/have you encountered something like this before? I’m trying to figure out what might cause the problem. It all started after I fell once with the bike.

I don't know why but suddenly my qicycle stops to work… The battery is charged but the display show me 0%.

I tried some solutions like disconnect and reconnect torque cable and try to update by official and unofficial app the firmware but It doesn’t work.

When I try to upgrade the firmware, the process failed every time and I tryed few times.

I don't know really how to solve the problem, please help me!

Please I need help how to open my front hub motor cover, I've already unscrew 3 bolt and I've no idea how to open the cover.

I got a problem with my folding mijia qicycle. I just got it back from bike repair shop which I got the screw on my rear tyre and changed the inner tube. Now my bike does not work properly. All the electric functions work well except the motor. When I ride, in the computer display everything fine except the WATT still zero. What's the problem? How can I fix it. I assume that because of torque sensor maybe which I didn't touch it but not sure for the shop mechanic. Thank you very much.

Replacement nuts seam not to be available in France: the thread way thinner than the provider one (size M12 anyway).

Do you have any idea of where to find compatible screw nut?

my mom’s bike stopped assisting her. The battery iself shows good level, but the scren shows red battery, total distance and nothing else. Lights also stopped working

The bike got wet by rain while idle in the yard. My mom removed the battery, dried everything… then the problem began.

Any hint or advice please?

· Battery won't charge anymore, The charger light stay green.

· monitor won't start

· Battery led blink 10 times only when i pushed the button when the charger is plugged.

· I tried the trick by reversing the front wheel, but the charger light still stay green

Then

· I've managed to dismount the battery and charge it to a benchtop power supply at the maximum it can do : 30v and 1.5a ( limits of the benchtop )

· Battery giving me 19v before charging (Black & white wire ) and 21v (black and Red wire)

Results

Still impossible to charge the battery ( voltage is too low i think ) but i'll try again to reverse the front wheel with an Electric drill.

Actually there is still all the led blinking 10 times when and without Charger this time.

Do you think there is any hope to revive the bloc? There is any chance that the BMS is broken due to a direct charge ?

Maybe should i charge each battery individually ?

I suspect a sensor/cable not working but without repair manual it is hard to know where to start. The owners manual does not mention any error codes?
