When I am using my tablet it starts to warm up really fast. It usually happens when I am using certain apps am i doing something wrong? or is there a defect with my tablet?

Xelio P1001A-BK: Why do I get sound out of only one speaker?

I can hear sound coming out of one speaker but I don't hear any sound coming out of the other speaker. I checked all the sound configurations on my tablet and they are at the correct settings. What else could be wrong?

I can’t factory reset this tablet it doesn’t give me and option, I received this tablet from a neighbor . Who was cleaning out their apartment and they told me they forgot the password how do I use the tablet and reset it without a password.
