Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: Both triggers are stuck at 100% after diy repair of joysticks

After disassembling and replacing the left joystick of the xbox series controller, both triggers are now constantly fully pressed in according to software and the xbox console. However there is no mechanical difference in the triggers and their magnets. The joysticks works perfectly, and it appears that the triggers are the only issue.

The triggers worked fine before disassembly and repairing the joysticks. Any help would be appreciated :(

Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: Antenna Causing XBox Series X/S Controller to Not Work(?)

My Xbox Series X/S controller stopped working and has a weird coil whine when connected with a USB cable. After taking it apart I found that when I disconnect one of the antenna (see Image below), the controller comes back to life, and stops working when I reconnect the antenna cable. Is there a way I can fix the antenna and get the wireless functionality back? Currently I can only use the controller wired. Provided image is the antenna connection that is causing the problem.

Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: I have probably damaged the vias on a 1914 controller.

Hello,

Trying to remove the left joystick from the PCB has gone bad, due to the lack of experience ( my first attempt ever ) and improper tools, it ended up in damaging the vias (if that is what those holes are) and at this moment, I don't know if anything else. The question is, is this something fixable, and if yes, how? I have attached some pictures with the damage, the silver and copper rings are damaged or missing from several vias. Also, do you think the silver rectangle from the last screenshot is damaged also? I did not interfere with it, but I think I may have used to much heat on the soldering iron.

Thanks!

I cleaned it off and lost C36. The pads are still there but now I'm not sure what to google to find the values of all the components. I'm looking for C36 specifically but there is some others around the board that do not look very good and might need to be replaced.

Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: My joysticks randomly lose the ability to go forward

My Xbox Series X controller randomly loses the ability to push forward, with it instead pushing backwards (left stick), while the right stick will push all the way down. I initially suspected the sticks but that can't be the case, as they suddenly behave normally upon entering the Xbox accessories recalibration screen, before reverting in a matter of minutes. Furthermore, this issue only occured after I had entered the recalibration screen for the first time to fix bad circularity

(Installed joysticks are Ginfull Hall Effect V2 sticks, additionally, I have the ExtremeRate HOPE Remap kit installed)
