right trigger doesn't work which makes sense because the circular magnet looking thing is broken off and lost. How should I fix it?

My Xbox controller, which I was installing TMR sticks as soon as I finished installing the sticks, the controller gets connected, and Windows recognizes it as wireless_device, but it doesn't work at all. I installed the right stick first. I tested it and calibrated, and it worked fine, but as soon as I finished the left stick, the controller got recognized, but the LED indicator didn't turn on, and there was no input. The traces were all perfect, and no missing components. Is it the TMR's fault?. I will try desoldering it later, but I want answers, please!!!. thanks.

Update: At a certain point when I barely connect the two boards together it shows the led and if I kinda move even so slightly it stops. And I hear this buzzing noise very low from the controller

So I recently been working on soldering with the xbox controllers I had. In total I have like 5 daughter boards. 3 I cleaned up because originally I thought I messed them up but turns out I didn't fully. Anyways I had another daughter board that I removed the old joysticks from and put new ones in. Before I did that I removed the impulse motors and rumble motors from the board so I wouldn't mess them up around that time I put those parts with the other motors I had when I installed the new joysticks I grabbed random motors from the pile I grabbed the correct ones for the rumble motors and the impulse motors I thought I did as well. After putting it back together I went to calibrate the joysticks which calibrated perfectly but there was still drift input which in turn when I went to calibrate the triggers it wouldn't even show me pressing it down. When I pressed it down it just showed on screen that the triggers were half way pressed down. So asking here what it might be because the magnents are perfectly fine and ultimatley I think it might be those impulse motors. I put them in correctly and soldered them in correctly and only issue it could be is that there either in the wrong spots or the wrong motors. I believe that might be the case but just wanting to know so I know what I need to do to fix it.

Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: My joysticks randomly lose the ability to go forward

My Xbox Series X controller randomly loses the ability to push forward, with it instead pushing backwards (left stick), while the right stick will push all the way down. I initially suspected the sticks but that can't be the case, as they suddenly behave normally upon entering the Xbox accessories recalibration screen, before reverting in a matter of minutes. Furthermore, this issue only occured after I had entered the recalibration screen for the first time to fix bad circularity

(Installed joysticks are Ginfull Hall Effect V2 sticks, additionally, I have the ExtremeRate HOPE Remap kit installed)

When I push my right trigger all the way down, it sticks a bit before releasing, giving a weird, sticky sensation, but it doesn't actually get stuck, nor does it hold down the button.

I am nee to soldering and know the basics. I replaced both joysticks with new TMR sticks with new Xbox joystick soldering tool. Replacement and soldering went well. But when I go to check controller with Xbox app, it connects but I can't move or use any part of controller. Any thoughts?

Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: Thumbstick replacement unsuccessful, no X-Y axis, refuses to calibrate

I just tried to replace both thumbsticks on my Xbox Wireless 1914 controller (900hrs of Isaac, no regrets). The sticks have gone in, reassembled everything, tried to calibrate in Xbox Accessories on my PC, and it's not detecting any input from the sticks. When I flip over to Steam's controller tester, all buttons on the controller are working (even the stick click from pushing them down), but the X-Y axis are locked at 32767 and -32768. I've gone back and redone the soldering on all four potentiometers and no change in behavior.

One thing that I did have question about was the black and black/white wires on the side pads, as the guide did not specify if there was a specific order they should go back in (and I don't recall what positioning they had before I started). I don't know if that would even have any effect on what I'm experiencing, but I'm grasping at straws. Is there anything that would be recommended to fix this?

Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: Possible to replace stock joystick with Elite ones?

I noticed that the Series and Elite controllers seems to have similar joystick solder pad locations...

I would really like the tension adjustments available in the Elite controller but don't want to buy another since I already own 3 controllers. Would it be possible to swap the Elite joysticks onto the Series controller if the position of the solder pads are the same? It doesn't matter if it won't fit inside the casing, I can simply cut part of the casing to make the tension adjustment joysticks fit, but the main question is whether the joystick are interchangeable. It's hard to tell the exact location in only the pictures and I don't know whether the wipers are identical.

Can anyone who happens to have both the Series and Elite controller or know about the joysticks tell me whether they are interchangeable? I know it's a pretty crazy mod, but it sounds pretty plausible to me.

Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: Xbox button light flashes only when held down, will not turn on

Controller less than 6 mo old.

I use rechargeable AA batteries.

When pressing the Xbox button once, the light comes on and turns off immediately.

When holding the button, the light blinks repeatedly on and off in ~1 second intervals.

I cannot get the controller to turn on and connect to my original Xbox One. I have not had this problem until recently. The problem is inconsistent--sometimes the controller will power on after a few seconds of flashing.

solder and desolder) both stick, first right stick and the controller works normally but when i replace the left stick the problem began.

Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: Triggers not working (RT Stuck at 100%)

It all started when I opened my controller to repalce the shell. After I assembled it I noticed that my right trigger is fully pressed all the time so I thought naybe I damaged the sensor...

I ordered a new sensor and my friend helped me replace it, but even after that it was stil the same. After opening it again and using a multimeter we noticed that both triggers sensors are not recieving power. We checked that everything is connected and nothing seems off.

What can cause this and what can I do now?

Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: "Stuck" RB bumper after reassembly

Hello!

Ive recently taken apart two of these controllers. I cleaned them and did minor repairs.

After the reassembly i experienced the exact same problem with both of the controllers. The RB-bumper button got somewhat sticky and doesnt always release. It also became somewhat unresponsive when clicking the button on the very edge. The LB didnt show any of these issues.

I've tried:

Inspecting and cleaning any parts of the controller that could interfere.

Replacing the bumper itself.

Removed the trigger buttons and cables to the vibratingmotors. (issue persisted with them removed)

I already ordered a new plastic house or whatever it's called. But when my second controller got the exact same issue, I'm not so sure that will solve anything.

I have seen on some videos that there is a plastic membran between the actual trigger button on the motherboard and the plastic teeth on the bumper. I did not notice these in my controller when taking it apart, could they have been lost and cause this issue?

Any help is appreciated.

Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: Antenna Causing XBox Series X/S Controller to Not Work(?)

My Xbox Series X/S controller stopped working and has a weird coil whine when connected with a USB cable. After taking it apart I found that when I disconnect one of the antenna (see Image below), the controller comes back to life, and stops working when I reconnect the antenna cable. Is there a way I can fix the antenna and get the wireless functionality back? Currently I can only use the controller wired. Provided image is the antenna connection that is causing the problem.

Xbox Series X Wireless Controller: How can I remove stuck pin?

Pin is mushroom at the top, meaning no grip, but at the bottom it has grip. I used a desoldering gun and wick still didn’t work, so I got a hot air station. Still doesn’t work. Temperature I used was 300-400°C for 15 seconds or more, but it depends. Solder is lead-free.
