Xbox Series S: Can anyone help me identify the value of this component please?

Hi guys,

I recently had a Series S brought to me with a power issue. The console power button would flash just once, no beep, then go right off again. I was then able to rule out the power supply and both the power / rf boards using parts from a working console.

After completely stripping the console down, I found a little water damage near the MP2926 IC under the heatsink which has completely ruined the component there. Does anyone know what this component is, and more importantly, the value of it?

I really appreciate anyone taking the time to look at this post, I hope you guys can help me out.

Kind regards,

Chris

Xbox Series S: Xbox making weird buzzing noise sometimes

Hi! My Xbox Series S makes a loud buzzing sound even when it is cold and I am just on the home screen. It is not running any games or downloads. This happens quite often: it might buzz for a few days, then stay quiet for a while, and then start again. Strangely, when I start a game like GTA V, the console becomes quiet and sounds normal again. I checked the vents and they look fine. Does anyone know why it is doing this?

Very coroded capacitor, unfortunately, even just a bit of ipa and a q tip the corroded component and pads have come away from the board. Making an easy job, a lot more difficult.

Xbox Series S, turns on then immediately shuts off. I guess this is the cause.

I do have a spare Xbox one board I could potentially get these from of that's workable

Appreciate the help.

Xbox Series S: Mi consola no enciende

My Xbox Series S console was working perfectly until a few weeks ago when I pressed the power button and the white Xbox button lit up for a second and then turned off without showing any image. I've changed power cables, I've changed plugs throughout the house and I've connected it directly to the power supply without a power strip, in addition to waiting a few hours for it to discharge and on top of that it doesn't even open the solver by pressing the sync and power buttons. I've taken it to the technician and it works perfectly for him for hours. I thought the problem is in my house but the voltage is fine and all the appliances work perfectly and a few weeks ago it was working so it doesn't make sense that it's the voltage problem in the house. Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate it. Thanks
