My Xbox one S controller doesn't power on even if I use jumpers won't turn on..then another issue with batteries, they don't turn on now am stuck 😔 becoz I opened it I washed it thoroughly but the problem might be on the board mainly so I would like to take me through where to start from

im having trouble desoldering the new style xbox one analogs controller its seems there is less solder and is in between the board and the analogg and cant get it all off to replace the analog

LT activates on its own when i press any other button, alreay removed the sensor and resistor just to see if it would stop, it activates even without the sensor

I got an Xbox controller for free and I went to try to use it and it was not responding to any inputs after I turn it on, won't go into paring and won't shut off, I decided to hook it up to my computer and the computer does not show anything is plugged in even though the controller is receiving power. I took it apart and I see no signs of obvious damage. Any suggestions?

The gap between my left trigger and left bumper is quite and the trigger is always slightly downward and stays active when pressed once until i forcefully move it slightly upwards is there any fix to this?

I took apart my controller to replace the bumper buttons and I put everything back together. Now when I try to use my controller to power it on, the guide button will not work. It lights up just fine, but when I press it nothing happens. Anyone know what could have went wrong/ how to fix it? Thanks.

I switched the sticks for a new one and now everytime I connect it to my pc with a cable it wont turn on but the left trigger motor keeps buzzing violently and on the motherboard where the big motors connect on the left side one of the solder pads came off and with it some of the green part and now its exposed maybe that could be the problem

So I have two Xbox controllers, both have drift. I managed to fix the first one using a YouTube tutorial but the second one appears to actually be slightly misshapen. I’m just wondering if there’s any way to fix this? (Other than replacing the joystick)

I first had an issue with the d pad as the left arrow would not work. I then opened it to try and fix it but I couldn’t. I then closed the controller and there is the very big issue with the joystick. No previous issues with the joystick.

My left bumper was just so i opened up the controller and fixed it. The problem is now the right joystick doesn’t work properly. It will just go up randomly while I’m playing a game. I don’t know what i could’ve done to the joystick when all I touched was the bumpers.

Hoping someone might help me troubleshoot here. The right button on the D pad requires significant pressure to work.

The D Pad itself was worn down so I assumed this was the problem initially, and replaced it.

This didn't work, so I checked the metal domes that make contact with the board and the one on the right had a couple of very tiny chips in it (I assume from the damaged d pad plastic), so this was the next obvious thing to replace as it might have created a bad connection. Ensured to heat the replacement up to ensure it sticks properly. Before doing this, I cleaned the PCB under it and everything looked fine.

I’m stumped - can anyone else recommend anything that might be causing this?

Hey guys, so my problem is, my right joystick is turning left and right a little slower than usual, and sometimes when turning right it randomly stops, but my real problem is, whenever I hold up with the left stick, my Xbox also gets the input that my right stick is turning left so my in game character turns left much faster then when I move the right stick myself, and when I hold the left stick down, I turn right really fast.

So, why is my left stick affecting my right stick and how do I fix it? Thanks in advance
