Xbox One Kinect: Any information on the Camera, IR Camera, or IR Blasters.

Hello,

I'm looking to get any information on the aforementioned parts of the Xbox 1 kinect modules. I searched the part number on the IR camera, as well as any other number I could find on a board or cable, but came up with nothing.

I would like to know the connection type or pin-out of any of the modules, as I wanna try and mess around with it to see what cool stuff I can do. If you have any info on these parts, it would be greatly appreciated.

Xbox One Kinect: Xbox kinect doesen't turn on

Hi!

So last year I got a Kinect for my Xbox one. It worked perfectly until I moved it somewhere else.

So plugged everything in and… It didn’t turn on!

I tried resetting the connection, moving it but nothing worked.

My Xbox one won’t recognize it, just say There was a problem with your Kinect

Please hold the power button… etc.

I tried that but it still writes the same thing.

It looks like there is power for the Kinect (I hear the power unit).

Xbox One Kinect: J24, J26 missing on Kinect

Hello everyone I want to ask a question about my Kinect.

I bought a Kinect One from Ebay used, to use for PC VR with a PSVR headset, but when it came in I couldn’t get it to work with my PC.

I thought it was a problem with the adapter I was using, so I did a hacky mod to just hardwire in power and use a USB cable to connect it, but this still didn’t work.

Now I’ve noticed, by comparing my Kinect to pictures on iFixit, that J26 and J24 are missing and wanted to ask if this is normal or should they be replaced.

Also if I should replace them is there a way to test if the Kinect is working before ordering new ones?

Xbox One Kinect: Kinect v2 for Xbox will not power up (no J11)

Hi.

I've tried doing a lot of research but got nowhere.

I own a Microsoft Kinect for Xbox (slightly different from the Xbox for Windows version).

It's not the first release, since I could confirm it does not have the J11 fuse.

Picture here: https://imgur.com/GHw2SGw

I does not work while connected to an Xbox One or an Xbox One S (through the adapter).

I believe that the adapter is working fine (it's brand new) and power seems to enter the kinect (based on some basic measures, I'm not really an expert).

Not sure what to do. Perhaps someone can point me in the direction of replacing some obvious components, or maybe replace the main board, if they are being sold somewhere.

Any help is appreciated.

Xbox One Kinect: My Cooler is not Turn in On (Kinect 2.0 1520)

The Kinect fan does not turn on, Kinect works normally for about 5 minutes and then turns off, then starts to turn on and off. probably due to overheating. After much research I saw that there are some solutions to similar problems, replace the thermal fuse, cut the yellow and blue fan cable or buy a new fan. my doubt is that if the kinect turns on and works normally for about 5 minutes, I can rule out that the thermal fuse is broken?
