Xbox 360 Wireless Controller: Clicking left stick in also clicks right stick?

Kind of a bizarre issue I'm having, but I have a controller where if I click the left stick in it also sometimes registers the right stick being clicked in at the same time. I first noticed it in call of duty when I kept trying to sprint but would crouch or go prone instead. Tested it on PC using the wireless receiver and a controller tester and it does indeed show up as the right stick being clicked in occasionally. I've taken it apart already and given everything a good clean but it's still happening, any ideas on what could cause something like this? I realise it's a pretty weird issue but if anyone has any advice it would be helpful, thanks :)

Before clicking on the triggers, they don't have any input, but when I click on them and remove my fingers, they still show input. Even if the triggers return to their original form, there is still input, and it never stops.

Xbox 360 Wireless Controller: D-pad and analog stick issues.

Hi, I have two Xbox 360 wireless controllers that are both now encountering issues.

The first both analog sticks and action buttons work correctly. The d-pad, however, will trigger "B" when pressing "right". The other d-pad directions work correctly. I've taken a quick look at the board and cannot see any obvious damage.

The second all buttons and triggers work correctly, but the left analog stick is intermittent in responding to inputs.

Is there any issues I'm missing in fixing the above issues, or ways to combine the parts to obtain a fully working controller? I do have basic soldering tools, but am very much a beginner in skill level.

Xbox 360 Wireless Controller: wireless xbox 360 controller keeps disconnecting

I'm using wireless xbox 360 controllers on my PC with the dongle. Out of nowhere they will disconnect and I have to reinsert the battery pack for it to turn on again. (when I say battery pack I don't mean a third party battery pack or something like that just an FYI. I mean the battery compartment thing where you put two double A's.)

I've tried 3 different controllers and they've all had the same issue. I ordered replacement battery backs from Aliexpress and I'm still having the same issue. I've cleaned the contacts on the back of the controller with isopropyl alcohol, tried different batteries, tried putting my dongle in a different USB port, and did the paper trick where you put a bit of paper where the metal contact thing is in the battery pack to have a tighter connection, and applied electrical tape to the back of the controller to form a better connection. Still having the same issue.

Xbox 360 Wireless Controller: Why do my controllers keep disconnecting?

I've done countless Google searches and scoured this thread, and I've seen some recent posts to this thread with a few replies so I'm hoping this gets noticed. So I have a few controllers, 2 of them work pretty well, and 2 of them don't work so well. I am absolutely positive this is not an issue caused by the battery contacts as every single thread on similar issues seem to suggest. Whenever there is a button press or stick movement my controller will disconnect and then cycle and reconnect after an unreasonable amount of time. I don't know the ages of the controllers because I just don't have that kind of memory, but the two that have consistent issues are the classic white and grey, and then the black, and the two that work are new(er) models I think. I have taken them apart, so the possibility that I might have done some small damage is possible, but I wouldn't know what to look for if I did because I took them apart a while ago.
