X-Street STR Viper: RASTAR LA FERRARI Ride On battery operated toy car won’t drive forward

4 day old Rastar La Ferrari Toy operated Ride On Car turns on but only moves backwards and not forward, either with pedal or remote. It turns wheels sideways but doesn’t move to either side because car on itself won’t walk unless it’s in reverse. Would appreciate your opinions on what could be wrong.

The car is responding to the remote controller, it just does not want to drive in a straight line.

The wheels suddenly stopped responding to the remote. Battery is fully charged and car still goes, just won't turn. Any suggestions?
