Need to replace the screen....my grandson dropped his and cracked the screen. Need to know where to get a new screen and how to replace it.

The tablet is fully charged. I turn on the tablet and the shut down window appears and asks if you want to shut down. I can't say ok or cancel. Or go back or to the home screen. No way to force restart. I haven't used this in a long time, but I barely use it. I'm sure there is a way to restart. It's almost like the screen doesn't recognize the touch or is somehow locked.

Wintec Filemate Clear 7": won't charge after taking back off battery good ports and motherboards

Still not charging after trying all suggestions , took back off tested battery motherboard is good did the reset with paper clip thing ports are good still getting empty battery with exclamation point in middle
