I have wiko highway pure 4g phone, is completely dead.

I'm struggling to switch to edl mode pressing volume buttons but no luck.

Connecting to pc shows 9006 diagnostic mode, constantly falling to switch to 9008 qd loader mode.

I'm looking for the test points on the motherboard but couldn't figure out where it is.

I have a Wiko Voix, I bought it in August. It fell out of my pocket while riding a bike, and the bottom of the screen has a crack now. I can fix the phone screen myself if I had the guide to do so

I can see an incoming call, but there's no sound to the ring and people often have a hard time hearing me during a call...my volume is turned up on high and all audio levels are turned up....

If i click on any icon a voice in the background descibes its function and when it opens after a lot of effort the new menu items cant be accessed by using touch screen. Each available menu item sselected developes a green outline and not all of them are available anyway.

Also as you try to navigate through the battery keeps vibrating.

Many home icons like google are lost.

Is this a virus? Please help.

I have a wiko jerry and I flashed the wiko jerry 2 software on it and when it done. I tried to turn my phone on but it’still black. I’ve tried to flash the stock software but the computer can’t find the phone any more. If I charging the phone the LED indicator is red (always red when I charging the phone) I charge the phone for hours but it didn’t go on. Plz help me
