Whirlpool Refrigerator GX5SHDXT: No ice after replacing water inlet valve and icemaker assembly.

Help! Our Whirlpool Model Refrigerator GX5SHDXTQ00 started leaking. We realized it was the valve to the icemaker. We replaced the valve, but still no ice. We replaced the icemaker assembly, but still no ice. Verified that water is getting to the valve and that the water inlet tube isn't frozen. This is an icemaker that dumps into a tray in the freezer. We've already put $250 into this, can't afford a new fridge or a repairman.
