Weller WLC100 Soldering Station: How do I determine the temperature of this iron?

I have a Weller WLC100 Soldering station that is supposed to be temperature controllable. The problem is that the dial gives no indication as to the degrees you are setting it to. Does anyone know how to determine this? I am tired of constantly bad solders.

Weller Model 8200 PK Soldering Gun: Not reaching operating temperature

My Weller 8200 140/100 watt gun stopped reaching operating temps. I've covered the basics like assured good, clean contact for both points of the interchangable tips. And tested the continuity which seems to be good. The trigger switch is operating correctly. Any help would be much appreciated!
