Meeting Owl Pro: How to replace camera

I have an Owl Meeting Pro that fell off the table and now the camera is broken. The top dome appears undamaged but something in it is broken. The camera picture is mostly blurred/black. Its this something that can be repaired?

Hi,

I have this camera and it stopped working. now it doesn't show up as a camera, but as a mass storage device with 0 space.

I assume it lost it's "boot-drive" contents / firmware? maybe bit rot in flash memory?

anyway, does anyone have any ideas what, if anything, could be done?
I'm willing and able to use an external programmer if i can identify the flash chip, but getting the correct contents seems like a long shot.

I cannot transfer the files from this camera to my computer! The camera thinks it is charging. I am using a different USB cable from the provided USB cable in the set.

Who do you fix or replace the USB connection? It got displaced when the owl fell down when connected to a tripod.

Hello there, I just knock my logitech streamcam and the cable broke in my laptop. I managed to remove the connector out of the laptop but now I need to replace it from the cable end. I cut the cable open to see how I will do it and it's far from what I see online. Everywhere I wanna buy a connector there's only 4 wires, here's there 9 plus all the shielding. Someone can point me how to repair that ?

Logitech Mevo Start: Why is the right side of my video blurry?

I have a Mevo start and the video is blurry on the far right side. The rest of the video is just fine. I have cleaned the lens several times and no change. I have contacted them and they do not offer a out of warranty repair service.

Anyone able to recommend a repairer for this webcam where the outer USB-C plug sheath has come off from the lead when unfortunately it was ‘yanked’ out at an angle from the laptop and no longer works but I can’t see how to reattach?

Webcam: What USB Miroscope to buy

Lately I’m doing some repair stuff on newer hardware and would like to use a USB Microscope for that because it is %#*@ small stuff today. Wile soldering on a C64 is easily, but those small components today makes it a lot more difficult.

So i bought a cheap USB Microscope on the internet, but i am not satisfied whit it. First of all it does not autofocus. Secondly it was announced as 2 MegaPixel, while taking picture. They didn’t tell it only does 0.3 mp while streaming video.

I scruwed a 24” monitor to my wall to display the video. It has a native resolution of 1920x1080 so i would like a cam whit at least 2mp streaming. There are a lots of Webcams for under 20 bugs who Autofocus and do FullHD capturing. But why not as a Microscope? The most i found (even the expensive ones) only doe 640x480 (0.3MP that is) and almost non has autofocus.

So does someone knows a good brand and/or type of Camera who can doe this.

We need to take a back black panel off to clean and may be replace a power connector. Unscrewing the screws did not release the cover. Is there any special latch or some other mechanism that still holds the cover?

Webcam: How can I fix my laptop’s camera?

I haven’t tried my laptop’s camera for over a year and when I tried to use it I got an error message saying something along the lines of, “camera can not be found.” I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it but it does not show up under devices so I can’t update it or reinstall. I tried clearing everything off the hard drive and reinstalling windows 10, but when it was finished it still shows the same error message when I try to use it.
