Wacom Cintiq 24HD: Won't stay on. Power loops on and off for 2 seconds indefinintly.

As soon as I hit the power button, the fan turns on, buttons light up, and I see the desktop screen. Then it shuts down and tries to turn on again. I timed it and it is just under 2 seconds that it stays on. Off for less than a second. I have to hold the power button to stop the loop.

Does a part need to be replaced?

It was working 2-days ago. I checked all the connections. Nothing was disconnected but I still disconnected and reconnected cause why not.

Anyways, long ramble over. Any advice is most appreciated.

Wacom Cintiq 24HD: Vertical flickering lines on the screen

My Cintiq has suddenly developed an issue where there are vertical coloured pixels flickering. It was initially just random pixels, usually on edges of high contrast, but now it has become lines all over, often on areas of mid grey. I’ve tried reboots, safe mode, replaced all cables, run updates etc etc.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Wacom Cintiq 24HD: Why do the fans come on and off stopping tablet response?

When I am drawing on my Wacom tablet a fan noise occurs every few minutes and lasts 3-5 seconds. During this noise the tablet locks up - there is nonresponse from the stylus or buttons. This noise happens even when I am not drawing on the tablet. It is wrecking my workflow!

Wacom Cintiq 24HD: Screen turns on, fans spin from high to low for ~ 50sec then turn off

Connecting to computer makes the screen on the Cintiq turn on while fans alternate from high to low for a period of about 50 seconds before the screen and the fans turn off.

Same result on different computers, hitting the power button again repeats the behavior, in the background Win 10 detects everything until the screen turns off.

Wacom Cintiq 24HD: Why is there a Purple Horizontal Line across the screen?

Last night my screen suddenly generated a solid horizontal purple line across the screen around 1/10th up from the bottom of the screen.

It came from no where. Its not software as, when I change monitors, its not on other monitors. So I’m thinking its a hardware issue. (though its not the screen - when powered down the purple line is gone - so its pixel based).

I turned the system off last night, hoping maybe it was an overheating issue. Turned it back on this morning. Line is still there.

The rest of the screen works fine, including pen-sensitivity. Just wondering if there is a cheap fix to this issue?

Wacom Cintiq 24HD: Top of Cintiq screen uncomfortably hot, fan speed control issue?

I've owned this Cintiq for about 5 years and recently I've noticed that it's getting uncomfortably warm to draw on. I try to typically run it at 55-75% brightness, contrast, backlight so it's not burning my eyes at full power unless I need to color check.

The fans in the monitor appear to work. They go full blast for a second during power on and then go to a low speed. I could only tell this because I tried air dusting it while it was on and off and heard the fans resist the air blasts. I got the dust out, but the fans don't ever seem to speed up even after long (2-3+ hrs) use. Wacom wouldn't tell me how they control fan speed apart from "an internal component" so I'm reaching out for any tips/info here.

Power cycled, factory reset, unplugged and held power button to discharge static, only thing that's helped has been keeping it at the minimum usable brightness and it's still running warm. So what should I do? Consider strapping on more fans with zip ties?
