Vulcan Gas Stove: oven pilot issues believe gas valves

model number vg60f-57

Problem dual oven. right side when u light pilot flame looks good till u release it, flame is very low. New thermal coupler. pilot flame less then 1/4 in. When stove on right is lit only 1/2 burner lights.

Left side stove trying to light pilot, it is to low of a flame. New thermal couple was also installed, but flame will not stay on.

I was thinking gas valves for each oven. Top burners work great.

Vulcan Gas Stove: oven problems on brand new stove

We purchased a Vulcan SX36-6BP, propane, installed in residence, gas pressure has been checked and is correct. The oven pilot comes on, stays on, oven will light goes out in about 5-10 min. If the shield over the burner and the bottom oven floor is removed the burner will stay on. The burners on top of the stove work but the flames are about 6+ inches high. Any ideas?
