Today when i am driving my golf , somthing strange happened . The speed low down suddenly Even though my foot is pressing on . When i remove my foot it is stopped . I am trying to restart again and again but it is not started. I push the car and it is starting. I drive it for 5 km then it stop again . I have changed fuel pump but nothing happened . I changed the coolant temperature sensor but it still stays at 0. I turned on the heater and it only gave me very slightly warmer air than outside (despite being very cold outside) and the engine revs up a little more than it used to before all this. I believe the temperature problem is somehow related to the problem with gear and heater. don’t wish to spend a lot of money on it as it is an old car so hoping for some suggestions and fixes here :) thanks a bunch

Just had the cat done a week ago. The last few days my car has been making a juddering sound when its started "ticking over" i travelled 20mile in it. And I jumped back into my car and it wouldn't start. Took about 10 attempts to get it running. The next day I parked at tesco went in come back it failed to start had to leave it over night come back in the morning and it started fine. Can any body help. Hope I've explained right..

Also I hear a lot of banging when shifting, so do you have any idea what is happening? One more thing, when I connect car to diagnostics I get g68 error.
