<title><![CDATA[Vizio D32hn-E0: Troubleshooting screen issue or other]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Was given a Vizio D32hn-E0, never used and was told it was busted. Of course I plugged it up and tried turning it on. Screen shows some type of burnt image or what, but unsure if the screen itself is busted or if it’s an LED issue.</p>
