Tried taking out the batteries in the remote, unplugging it and back in, unplugged it and held power button for 1 min and plugged it back in, pushed the power button like 20 times or more, tried a different controller, all same results over and over again.

Ok @oldturkey03 I just got the new board in, hooked it up and now the (power) white light stays on for maybe a second or 2 longer and has a little slower fade but the picture does the same thing except now I don't see a second flash. I even unplugged the video ribbon cable and same result.

Turning the tv on again sometime resets the remote and everything works fine. Turning off tv starts process all over again. New remote mirrors the old remote
