Then one day I could not stream and the touch pad and cursor stopped working. I tried the factory reset. The Blue tooth setting would not work. I skipped that step. When I got to the Wifi setting, I did not find any networks. I tried to manually add the Wifi network, and it still would not connect. I have been to the Vizio website and searched the Internet, but have not found a solution.
