Hello good day!

My Vizio_CT15 a2 doesn't power up without being plugged in… I thought it was a battery issue, I changed it, I even went ahead to change the whole charger! Still the same issue.. If the system is plugged in and I remove the plug it goes off instantly with the new battery, what can I do??
