After replacing the battery, it stopped turning on altogether. It also stopped turning on when installing the previous battery (it worked on the old one before).

Voltage levels on the board and cables are normal. I tried shorting the power contacts - it doesn't help. Holding down the volume and power buttons simultaneously doesn't help. Power is also supplied from both the new and old batteries.
