Hy everyone, when I make a call or listen to some audio,/ voice notes in Whatsapp it's directly play on ears speaker, and display become black/off.

The display and touch screen doesn't work untill call or Whatsapp note ends. I am using vivo y17s .. please help me to sort out this problem
