Vitacci: Why does my moped stall when I roll it backwards or forward

Never seen this happen. So the bike starts and runs fine, randomly stalls. When I roll it back and forth it stalls. When I ride around my block it starts to die and seem like electrical but I changed cdi, coil, plug, changed the clutch, cleaned the carb, replaced the stator. Like wtf? Any ideas? I was thinking valves but the way its running it seems like electrical. Doesn't mean that's what it is. I also went through the wires and everything connected. The bikes basically brand new. Has a little over 1000 miles.
