Freezing up when turned on doesn't get past the visual land bring the world home and jelly beans page. I tried the reset button. how do I get my tablet back on?

Visual Land Prestige Pro 7D: Why won't my device charge?

I tried charging my device using the supplied cable which is in good condition and it didn't work.

The device is out of power and I can't get it to turn on. Up until now my device would charge but would lose its charge faster and faster.

It showed a low battery icon the first few times I tried to turn it on after it ran out of battery, but now it doesn't do anything.

What should I do?

I have tried repeatedly to get my network running on my Tablet, and I keep getting this notice that tells me the strength is too poor. However, my internet provider tells me that the service is good and it is on my Device. Well, I have seven devices of the same Prestige Pro 7D saying the same thing every time. How do I get my Device to accept my internet network?

The charge port in my tablet came out when I unplugged my charger, I see have the charge port an tried to put it back in but it still won't work. It worked until the battery ran down. It won't charge at all now.

Visual Land Prestige Pro 7D: My screen only turns on when connected to power?

My device will power up fine when plugged in but as soon as it goes to sleep when not in use, the screen won't light up again unless I plug it into power for 1 second. It stay lit when I pull the power cord out so I can use it, but as soon as it falls asleep, I have to find a quick power connection again? Is there a setting messed up? thanks
