<description><![CDATA[<p>My Visual Land charging port feels very loose. Not taking the charge. When gently &quot;wiggle&quot; the cord, it goes on and off but won't charge....Would like to get repaired. Not an abused tablet, ie: no children, not dropped etc. Is there an address to send or authorized dealer in my area?</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>I just received my tablet in the mail, turned it on and set up passwords ect.  I have not downloaded anything yet or used it, but I tried using it today and it is super slow. <title><![CDATA[Visual Land Prestige Elite 8Q: My Tablet is Stuck on a Black Screen]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>As the title says, my tablet is stuck on a nonfunctional black page with only the back button and taskbar. (It's similar to the lock screen.) I know it is not just my lock screen due to the fact that my taskbar is functional whereas on the lock screen it is not. I also have noticed that my tablet is working in the background. When the screen is powered on, I catch a glimpse of what app is open for an 8th of a second but then back to the black screen. I have tried rebooting several times (including safe mode) and I even called Visual Land Support. The only solution offered was factory reset. I have used all 11 GB so that's not really an option for me. I was hoping you smart people of the Internet could assist me with my serious problem. Thank you <strong>very</strong> much, and have a great day.</p>

<p>The tablet was not having an internal problem. Apparently, a micro SD card I had inserted caused the tablet to malfunction. I'm not sure how something like this is possible, but it is fully functional as of now. If someone else is having this same problem with their device, I recommend first powering down the device, taking the card out, then powering the device back on. This should fix the problem if you have the exact factors of my issue.</p>
