My tablet won’t factory reset or a hard reset-It turns back on and gives options like reboot system factory reset, reboot to boot loader etc but it doesn’t matter what I choose (using a pin in the hole, holding down the volume button & power It just keeps coming back to the same screen-Please help

My Visual Land charging port feels very loose. Not taking the charge. When gently "wiggle" the cord, it goes on and off but won't charge....Would like to get repaired. Not an abused tablet, ie: no children, not dropped etc. Is there an address to send or authorized dealer in my area?

I just received my tablet in the mail, turned it on and set up passwords ect. I have not downloaded anything yet or used it, but I tried using it today and it is super slow. It has factory everything and no new downloads so I don't understand. Is there a time period that you have to wait before using it so it can set itself up, I've let it set for a week.

Tablet says failed to mount external SD no such device. I have tried recovery system update,wipe cache partition,wipe data/factory reset,apply update from cache,update rkimage,update from external storage and apply update CV from adb, nothing works,screen is stuck on no command. All I did was turn the tablet on
