My wife rides a 2015 Vespa Primavera 150. Over the winter the battery went dead and will not hold a charge. Is there a battery upgrade from the standard acid battery? Like lithium ion or any other that you can think of?

Have old Vespa P125X, and engine races as if idle is set way to high. I tried adjusting the idle setting, but it had no effect. What's going on? Can I fix it myself?

After a normal cold start -but with some throttle priming- get going for a bit but can’t maintain rpm’s… loose power and can’t restart.

got pre ignition and platins on right timingpoint. total new ignition from last year

got fuel new carburator.

motor doesnt start anymore , whent for a drive Vespa started schooting and loosing power, got home barely .

checkt ignition and it does not start anymore.

some guy says it can be the oil bearings on the crankschaft .

i dont know what 2 do , had a complete rebuild only the engine sides are old al the rest is already renewd. so i am not eager to open up the engine for nothing.

My Vespa has been sitting a year and has old gas and oil. I have 5o get a new battery to get it running. As for the old gas, is there an additive I can put in then fill with new gas?

I have vespa et50 two stroke 1999, I believe it is 98/99 model therefore old engine and need parts but being in mid of change have to be sure it’s older or newer engine, can you resolve pls as no one seems to know and belt and rollers replacement, belt for newer model is 11mm longer and would not fit if mine older make

Vespa: Vespa steering column lock removal.

Hi I have removed the steering column on my Vespa LMR Star . But I can't get the steering lock out as I need to replace as the keys are lost. Do I knock it out or is there another way to remove it . I would appreciate any advice you can give me thanks Gerry.

Shipped a 2011 well maintained GTV 300ie from Finland to Italy. Was going to drive it to Naples from Florence. Drove 100 km and after refueling couldnt get to start. I waited about an hour, it restarted and died after riding about 2 km on the highway. Had it towed to repair shop. Told them all the issues. They said it was the ECU and replaced that at 650 euro. After coming back to pick up and drive down to Naples same thing after riding about 150 km and refueling. Called and had towed again. This time had read about the fuel pump issue and told the shop to check that. After checking, they said it wasn’t the fuel pump and the same thing happened to them after it warmed up. They said it was the coil. We rented a van and hauled it to Naples where we live. Took it shop, told them all the issues. They replaced the coil, spark plug and wire, the fuel pump. Seemed to run fine, rode it 50 km on windy cobblestone roads and back home with no problem. The next day headed in a different direction in 30 degree celcius weather and after 10 km it started to lose power, it died after I turned to come home and hit the throttle. It would not restart. I waited 45 minutes, it started and I drove home as fast as I could. Seems to me to be an overheating issue, Unfortunately this model does not have a temp guage. Could it be a thermostat??? The coolant level is full and it is clear. The oil looks clear as well. Any ideas what to do???

I have two plastic fuel lines under tank, that is attached to possible fuel filter under tank, that extends to carburetor, & combustion head area. These lines broke, & had to be replaced. Do you have a diagram as to show how & where these lines connect.
