system will randomly reboot it self. go back to the lock screen. i have factory restored it n still does it. only seems to do when connected to wifi network.

I have a Verizon Ellipsis 8 Tablet that had been my mother’s before she passed away. I’m looking to use it as a Wi-Fi only tablet, but it will not let me set up any Google account on the tablet (I can log into gmail through the browser, but it will not allow me to sign into Google Play, or set up a Google account on the tablet). I have even tried creating a new Google account on the tablet, but still had no luck with it.

Is there a way to fix this issue, or is this tablet pretty much useless now?

Verizon Ellipsis 8: Screen Showing Fully Charged Battery And Than Battery With A Question

Hey everyone, my friend was given a Verizon Ellipsis 8 that wasn't working for him, so he gave it to me to try to fix. When I plug the tablet in, whether it be in a computer or in an outlet with the adapter, I get the Android icon that shows the battery fully charged with the lightning symbol, and then it restarts and shows an empty battery with a question mark in it. After that, it goes into a loop of showing the full battery and than the question mark. Is it possible that the battery on it has to be replaced? If anyone knows anything, please feel free to respond! Thanks!

I left it on charge when I came back the screen was blank. I tried all the answers I've googled such has holding power button down for 20 seconds, holding power and volume buttons simultaneously, still nothing. When I connect the charger nothing shows. The charger is good because I tried it on another device. It won't power on.

I did a factory reset and now none of my apps work. The tablet will not even let me make a gmail account I get the ‘can’t connect to google servers’. They are no update or uninstall buttons buttons present on any of the apps and no way to update google play services.

Verizon Ellipsis 8: I cannot get to the settings screen on ellipsis 8

My grandson turned on the voice assist(?) on his tablet - Ellipsis 8. I now get green boxes that must be double tapped to do anything. I need to get back to Settings to turn whatever he turned on - off. However when I tap on the Apps Icon, it will only give me page 1 of 3 and the settings Icon is on page 2. How do I get to the second or third page? I keep tapping on the three little dots but nothing happens.
