My VU 4K 40inch TV fails to boot after the VU Logo screen. I'm unable to perform any operations using TV remote. How to restore to default factory settings using service mode. What is the steps to access service mode and provide information on the commands needed?

hello

my vu 40 inches tv is getting off and on automatically, this problem has came when i have inserted hdmi cable of cctv camera. i have reset the tv from the reset option which comes after presssing source button from remote.

VU Television: I see black lines from the right bottom fading all the way to left bot

These horizontal black lines appeared on my TV (50 inch,4K) which is like maybe 2 years old.

I tried different HDMI cables thinking that could be faulty, and then also tried factory reset and software update, nothing seems to be working.

What could be the issue here ?
