My son has been happily playing with his tablet recently but it turned itself off as it ran out of power. I went to charge it up for him but it won't charge. Green light isn't coming on. Have tried other charges that fit the devise and these aren't doing it either so I assume it's a problem with the battery.

She has opened played on it for about an hour, tried to play one of the game cartridges she has and the inno tab screen froze. We took out the game cartridge, turned of the inno tab and now it won't come back on again. We have plugged it in to the charger and the green charging light comes on but the inno tab still won't come on even when it is plugged in.

My sons InnoTab3s says "connected to computer" and does nothing else.

My computer wont open InnoTab3s at all. So that's not helping me either.

I have tried looking on the internet for answers, but so far nothing has been helpful. My son really wants his game back so I am trying my hardest. I don't know what else to do. Please and thank you for anything that might help us.

Recenlty found my older sons old innotab 3 and can't find the original charger that came with it. Did find the usb goes that came with it, says its used to hook it to computer to get more games. Idk if my kiddo managed to step on it or drop it or what, but her innotab works perfectly now...but only if you leave it completely immobile on a tabletop. As soon as its picked up or jostled at all it turns itself off and makes you reset the date/time like the batteries died, But I know they're brand new and they don't seem to be shaking out of place or anything I can seem to notice on that point. I've tried to google the issue and it doesn't seem like an issue anyone has posted anywhere about before? Hoping someone had a solution, or at least something I haven't thought of to try. (We don't have the rechargeable battery pack)
