Every time I rotate the camera it feels like its rubbing against something or does not move at all. how do I fix this?

I am trying to take a picture on my device but when I open up the camera all it shows me is a blank screen. I know the device is on and working but I cant see what I am taking a picture of when the camera application is open.

VTech InnoTab 2s: when I unplug the cord from the tablet it turns right off

This is my problem i have the cord to plug the thing in to dowload stuff and it is turning right on.But when i unplug the cord from the tablet it turns right off
