VTech CS6719-2: Handsets of Vtech Doorbell IS7121 Either out of range

Is there a quick code to reset the handsets of the vtech doorbell IS7121? 8 out of 10 handsets are either out of range or no power at the base. I followed the instructions in the user manual, none of which worked.

A couple of buttons stopped working. I’ve taken it apart but i don’t see where on the PCB that there might be damage.

VTech CS6719-2: Why can't I be heard when I call out.

When I call out, I can hear them but they can’t hear me. It is the same on all 3 phones. When I use a different phone (not the VTech) there is no problem. When receiving a call, again no problem. Only when I call out.

no answers to my question in manuals…keypad does not respond during calls when asked to “touch one” for so and so…this function used to work, maybe grandchildren pushed something by accident, or we did

VTech CS6719-2: Power to base dies after 3-4 seconds after power is applied

Phone says "No Power to Base".. I unplug power connector from the base wait a second and replug in..The red LED turns on, within 2 seconds gets a little brighter for 1 second then totally dead.. I have checked power supply (5v) with a 5v source and same result..Cable isn't the problem because it's not intermittent. Same results consistently. the excess light before it goes dead , I'm thinking is a capacitor discharge, possibly through a hot shorted transistor.. Any thoughts out there?
