Uniden UTAB71: How to fix Table display malfunctioning?

I have UNI N1 Tablet, when I was charging my tablet under switch off it will battery image on white background but now it shows only white page with some Horizontal lines

After Switch on Tablet display shows black screen with some Horizontal lines

I Try to go to boot options but I can't,

After that I think there is some loose contact in display device, so I ejact that and fix it,

There after also It doesn't work, what to do ? I want your help to fix this issue.
