Unbranded Tablet: My windows tablet goes black and stops working

Guys, I need real help, please. I have a Chinese windows tablet. it was working perfectly, but suddenly it started going black and stopped working. I have to press the power button for 5 sec to shut it down and then I can turn it on again. Then the same thing will happen. I tried to format the drive. reinstall win 8.1 or 10 but the same problem. then, it started happening when I try to set up the windows itself. the CPU is not that hot. I don’t know if it’s due to the battery. Even if it’s fully charged, the same thing will happen. BTW, the battery is about two batteries joined together.

In brief, it’s neither a screen problem neither the OS.
Please help meeee

Hi guys, i think that my single USB-C port on my Alldocube Knote 8 is dead…. When i plug in some USB disk, nothing happens, no one error message, just nothing. I tried different USB-A to USB-C adapters, i tried different USB devices, nothing work. I also tried to re-install drivers but it does not help me. Is there any chance, that USB-c port is dead?
Unbranded UB-15MS10: Viewing Screen Tips With a Stylus

I have an HP Elite X2 (which I couldn't find on the list). When it is in tablet mode and I use the stylus, I am unable to hover over items and see the screen tips. When I have a mouse attached it does work, it's just the stylus. I know the stylus is acknowledging it because it changes to a little hand when I hover over the button, but no screen tip shows up (which is definitely there). Is there a way to make this work?

I cannot connect an external keyboard to it because the tab does not have USB type-A, probably if I could, I would have been able to boot into the BIOS to solve the problem.
