I bought a armor 24 in August 2024, she stay with me pass-through a lot of tough time, I love her, I don't wanna replace her. she's screen crack out in 1 months ago but still functional, but I miss it up - I let her drop on ground again in yesterday, than she's screen are malfunctioning.....cannot display normally, cannot respond. Is there any hope to repair it ? Or should I buy new screen for her ?

I live in Taiwan.

Dropped my phone while plugged in and now the charging port only works if I hold force down perpendicular to the port, with force required increasing over time. Need to replace it but have been unable to find the correct charging port board for this model, nor a guide on how to do so. Phone repair stores won't look at it either

It doesn't matter what I touch on the screen, it puts a Green box around that object, but nothing happens. I had just checked a text message. When I picked the phone up to turn it off, I pressed the volume down button. I realized it when It put a bar up on the screen. I then pressed the volume up button; but it didn't change the volume setting. I'm unable to do anything now.

Hi, I've bought an Ulefone PowerArmor armor 18 ultra that just arrived last week. I live in Australia.

I am having an intermittent problem receiving calls, it shows 5g network signal full but sometimes when people call me it goes straight to voicemail. Interestingly, when the phone gets back online it gets me hours to receive the standard carrier SMS for missed calls.

This comes and goes, and although powering on and off the phone fixes the problem, it's not awlays necessary.

I have tested with 3 different Sims of different carriers in the 2 different sim slots and the problem persists.

I'm a noob regarding mobile networks but keen to learn. To me it seems that either I got a lemon (hardware issues) or I am experiencing carrier incompatibilities. Is anyone provide any tips on how to troubleshoot this please?

i had an aux cable in my ulephone and it made some kind of short circuit and the phone just went off still indicate light shows when charging but phone just doesnt wana switch on please help?!

My Ulefone Armour 22 screen is cracked. The videos I've seen to fix it are taking the whole thing apart and putting the interior in a new case with a new screen.

Can I just replace the screen? With out transfering the internals to a new case

Where can I get a new screen replacement for my Armor 8pro ulefone i bought it 2 years ago on amazon and about three months ago my phone fell on the sidewalk and my screen got smashed. It still charges and turns on but you can not make out what the picture is because of the smashed screen, So I am looking to have it repaired with new parts ... I just don't know where to get the parts.

I got a Ulefone Armor 11 5G and was trying to root the phone. In the process I overrode the recovery mode to use TWRP and deleted the OS. Eventually, on one of the restarts, I was no longer able to fastboot through the PC and the phone does not stop boot looping. I have been reading forums and looking at videos for like 4 hours now and I literally don't know what to do anymore.

1) I tried every combination I can think of Volume Up + Power, Volume Down + Power, All 3 buttons, changing which button I press first and letting go of the Power button when then Ulefone pops up. I basically don't know what other combination I can do to enter recovery mode. I assume TWRP is still in there since it was on the phone before I restarted directly from the phone.

2) I can't do anything with my computer since it keeps booting the phone and the computer can't recognize the device. Constant USB sounds of it detecting the device then sounding like it's disconnecting after like 2 seconds. I have the rom for the phone on my computer but can't really do anything with that right now...

3) I tried opening the phone to remove the battery but can't for the life of me open the phone. At this point I can only break it to open it.

It's been power cycling for 2 hours now. Is there any other way I can get into recovery mode and stop it from power cycling?
