USB Flash Drive: How do I fix a DEAD flash Drive?

I have a Crucial 32 Folding flash drive. Worked fine on Tuesday night, plugged it in on Wednesday morning and... Nothing. Absolutely nothing! Problem is, it contains ALL my files (of course) which I need (of course). Is there a way to fix it myself (I have a "little bit" of electronics skills) , or should I send it off and jus pay the $$$$ to have it fixed and data recovered? Any ideas, suggestions? HELP?

Recently, I was using my 32GB SanDisk Cruzer Dial in my laptop. I put the laptop in my bag and later that day, I realized that I cracked the PCB near the USB connection pins. I talked to SanDisk, but they said I need to get a new one.... NO!

So which points on the PCB do I solder to so that I can solder an alternative USB to it? A guide with pictures would be helpful. Thank you in advance!

USB Flash Drive: Toshiba USB connects doesnt show up in windows and disconnects

hello. ive had this usb for maybe 10 years now. and around 4 years ago it would connect but it wanted to format and i didnt want to because i had data on it and with recovery programs i couldve recovered about half of the files but i didnt want to pay for the programs, so i left it hanging. now for 2 years the usb connects but doesnt show up anywhere and after a few seconds starts playing the disconnect sound forever every 4 seconds until unplugged.

The only thing ive been able to do is get it atleast to show up in USBTreeView but honestly i think its done for.

its 32 GBs and looks like this:

https://officeocz.vshcdn.net/galerie/1_5...

also i need the data on it if theres even a slight chance the data still exists.

if somebody would be able to fix it it would be a miracle.

SanDisk Cruzer Blade: Broken stem on pcb SanDisk Cruzer Blade

Hello

Recently my parent’s flash drive had been physically broken and cannot receive power. I took off the plastic case and saw that the PCB of the flash drive and the stem were together. This is my first time dealing with something like this and I’m wondering what I can do. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!
