UN65NU6900FXZA: Bad panel or main/t-con board

I have a samsung un65nu6070fxza that the picture quit working on. I need someone with more knowledge on tv repair than me now. At first the picture wouldn't come on at all, I disconnected all the cables, cleaned, and reinstalled with no change. Pulled off one side of the t-con cables and half the screen turns white and half black. Messed around with taping off the clock channels and finally got a picture back but now there's 3-12 colored lines on the left side. They seem to come and go but there's always at least 3-4, usually in the same spot but not all the time. With the clock lines taped off after about a minute or so the entire screen would have colored bars across it and flicker between the bars and picture. I took all the tape off and now it shows picture again with the 3-4 colored vertical lines and flickers between a picture and white and grey bars. I should also note that when it actually shows a picture all the brown cables on the driver board to the lcd panel are extremely hot and applying pressure/wiggling has no effect on the lines or picture. Any more troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated

Edit. @oldturkey03 my last post kept getting deleted for some reason but to answer some of your questions. Any time the picture is on all the ribbon cables on the driver boards get hot(with and without the tape on the clock lines). All of the boards look as they should, no physical damage or water damage/corrosion. I have pretty limited knowledge on where test points are on circuit boards unless it's painfully obvious. The tcon is integrated in the main board on this model but I tested the voltage on the cable that connects to the main board and most are 12v and one or two 3.3v. I also checked voltage on the driver board(one 1 of them have the test points) the vcc showed 3.3v when the picture was on then had no voltage when the picture went grey and white. I suspect the panel is bad and the main board/tcon is going into some sort of protection mode

UN65NU6900FXZA: How do I get rid of the vertical lines?

I have a Samsung UN65NU7300FXZA with vertical lines. The thin vertical lines,of all colors, start to show up appropriately 20 seconds after I turn my TV on. One at a time and in two specific areas of the screen. Since it didn't get these lines until a short period after I turned it on I thought maybe it was heat related. So,the first thing I did was grab a small house fan and pointed it directly at the pier supply board. Sure enough the lines dissappear one by one in the exact opposite order they appeared. If I keep the fan there the lines stay away permanently and I can watch TV for any length of time. Removing the fan brings the lines back immediately. Now, I know I can buy a small cooling fan to prevent the lines. But does anyone know exactly whats going on here? And how to fix this without having to use a fan?

Hello, I purchased a Samsung tv, model # UN65NU6900FXZA a little over a year ago. Just after the manufacturers warranty expired I started experiencing a thin horizontal line of pixels near the bottom of my tv screen disappear. I’ve confirmed with Samsung this is a hardware issues. Looking for guidance on what component might need to be replaced. Thank you.

PS: hockey game on since it has a white background for contrast. Ball looking object in bottom left is a part of the game. Only issue is one line of pixels.
