UE Wonderboom 2: Not charging, no flashing light

My device is not the first Wonderboom but the second, Wonderboom 2, could not find it as an device on here. When I try to turn it on it flashes red and makes the power down sound. When I connect it to charge nothing happens, no lights turning on, nothing. I’ve tried resetting it by holding down all the buttons but that did not work.

I have contacted the support multiple times but I’m not even getting an answer from them even though I am covered by the warranty.

So I would like to fix it myself instead. Anyone know how?

UE Wonderboom 2: How to get Wonderboom 2 out of Demo Mode?

Hi, I recently picked up a UE Wonderboom, I believe it to be a Wonderboom 2 and it appears to be a display model from a retail store kiosk and is demo mode, it only works while plugged in with aux in. Does anyone know how I can "unlock" this speaker to operate like a normal, non display model? I've found unlock instructions for the Roll, the Boom and the Megaboom, but nothing about this particular model. I figure it's worth a shot to ask, can anyone help?

UE Wonderboom 2: Wonderboom 2 outdoor mode won’t turn off?

Just bought a brand new wonderboom 2 and turned it on, the outdoor mode tree is illuminated and will not turn off when I press the button? Is this meant to be on? If not, why won’t it turn off?

edit: have added picture of the illuminated outdoor mode light, the only time I can get the outdoor mode off is when the speaker is plugged in?

UE Wonderboom 2: Why is my wonderboom not turning on after I dropped it on the decking?

I dropped my wonderboom 2 on my wooden decking at home and now it is not turning on their is no lights flashing and no sound coming out telling me to charge it. I have charged it and nothing changed.
