UE Wonderboom: How to stop start up sound

Is there any way to turn down or turn off the start up sound on the UE Wonder boom. It is really annoying when everyone around you always comments ‘What was that?” everytime you turn on the device in the office.

I just got a new UE wonderboom speaker off of Amazon, fully charged it, and now when I try to play music through it it will turn itself off after playing for a few seconds. I’ve tried a default reset and removing the device from my phone, any ideas on what to do?

UE Wonderboom: Why are none of the buttons working on my wonderboom?

I’ve tried pressing every button on my spreaker and none of them are doing anything, I can’t even turn it off. I tried to reset it five times but it doesn’t seem to fix the problem. It only turns on after a long charge and then immediately after, all the buttons are useless still.

Buttons that don’t work (all of them):

UE button
Power button
Pairing button
Volume + button
Volume — button

Today my UE Wonderboom suddenly stopped working, however it will not power down. The power light blinks but it will not turn off, pair, or anything else. I tried the factory reset, and it will not work. Can anyone help, please? Thank you!

I need to get my wonderboom repaired or replaced as it buzzes and makes crackling noises when in use, can someone please help. The exterior is not damaged and there are no dents. I have only been using the wonderboom in the classroom it still looks new even though its approx 11 months old.

UE Wonderboom: bluetooth botton blinks constantly, doesn't show up on ANY device

hi,

my wonderboom used to worked perfectly (except for sometimes not pairing). i've reset it through pressing the "start" and "-" button synchronicaly. at some point it wouldn't stop blinking the bluetooth botton and didn't show up on any device anymore. don't know what to do, the service from logitech doesn't reply to my email. any hints??

UE Wonderboom: Stopped Connecting to Bluetooth

My UE Boom used to work fine with my ipad (4 yr old) and my iPhone 6s. My bf synced it to his iwatch, and phone, works for him but I can’t connect any longer. He is now in a different state, I “forgot” all my devices on both phone and iPad, neither will connect, it just doesn’t “find” the Wonderboom. What the heck? Why did it stop working and how can I fix it. Does this have to do with being/having an Alexa/Siri remote functionality?

UE Wonderboom: Battery level check doesn’t work

I have had my WonderBoom for about 2 weeks. Everything works fine except when I go to check the battery level by pressing the volume buttons simultaneously, nothing happens.

The volume buttons themselves work when turning the music up or down.

Any ideas?

I just got this, i think the centre ue button is for play/pause/skip. I am pairing it to a mac, playing songs from spotify. The button is not working at all, no response whatsoever when i press it, song continues playing. Is it a problem of source or the speaker itself?

The speaker fell out of my bag as I was going into mye car, and I accidentally drove over it. Some og the casing were broken but it would still connect to my phone and I could even play songs on it. But I was worried the battery could have been damaged, and after I took everything apart, the battery is clearly damaged. The weird thing is that all the other components were fine. Is it possible to get a replacement battery?

UE Wonderboom: What is this Ticking/Clicking sound?

Ok so i bought used Ultimate Ears Wonderboom speaker today, and when i got home, charged it, and connected to it, i started making this ticking sound :

It does it when playing something, or when you stop playing, it ticks for a minute more, and then stops.

Does anyone has any idea what could be the issue?

UE Wonderboom: Turn off asap it connects to Bluetooth

Hi.

My WonderBoom is fully charged and keeps on when not connected to any Bluetooth device but as soon as I connect this to Bluetooth it turn off itself. If connected and I click to play song it turn off.

Tried by resetting device but nothing works.

Product is in warranty, how I can get replacement.

UE Wonderboom: Brand new Logitech UE Wonderboom NOT CHARGING

I bought my UE Wonderboom by Logitech 3 days ago and it does not charge. I'm traveling, therefore I can not go back to the store where I bought it from. I'm on an island so the warrenty isn't much use for me and I think I threw away the bill.

I saw this is a common problem with older UE's and there's many answers such as placing the speaker in the freezer for hours or pressing all 4 buttons at the same time for 20 seconds, but NONE of the "solutions" work.

Please help!!!!!!! I don't want to feel like I just wasted 100 dollars.

UE Wonderboom: Why won't my Wonderboom turn on or Charge? (but BT Btn has dim light)

My Speaker has been out of commission for over a week now, it was working and charging fine. But after 1 of I paired it with another, and mine died first, ever since I've not been able to turn it on or charge it. There is however a VERY dim light, on the Bluetooth button, which lights up when I press it (Indicating there is power still)
