iFixit - Answers With Device "UE Megablast"

UE Megablast: No longer powers on.

MegaBlast won’t turn on.

This speaker is about a year old, seen moderate use and has never exposed to water, extreme temperatures or shock.

I have tried:

Charging the speaker using various cables and adapters over a couple days.
Charging via the PowerUp dock for a couple hrs- dock indicates charge complete solid light (battery is fully charged‽)
Did a hard reset

I’m out of ideas… If anyone knows of a teardown or repair guide for this device they can link me, I guess my next troubleshooting steps are pull ‘er apart and check components and solder joints. Thanks in advance.

UE Megablast: UE makes loud piercing sound.

I have a new UE Megablast, fully charged and connected to app. After playing for a short period of time it makes a continuous piercing sound (like when a microphone is placed close to a speaker). This has happened at various locations. No updates required etc. Any information as unable to find information and hope Im not a total ditz!

UE Megablast: Doesn't connect or connects and disconnects again

Speaker doesn't connect or connect then disconnects straight away or when you press play. Can it be fixed?
