Turtle Beach PX22: Can I replace the cable of my headset?

I use this headset very often and I like it but only 3 months after my purchase I was having troubles with one of the speakers, it wouldn't make any sound anymore. Later I found out that the cable was broken. Now my question is if I can replace the cable and more important how. If it is replaceable I would like to know where I can order a new cable because turtle beach doesn't offer them.

Turtle Beach PX22: Replaced broken wire but mic does not work.

My old cat chewed up the audio cable from the headset itself and bit through the wire. I found a 5 wire cable and bought some replacement 3.5mm TRRS jacks and replaced the whole wire and jack with them. The sound works perfectly fine but when i try to test the mic, it doesn't pick up anything. I wired everything up in the way its supposed to be wired up. Ideas anyone?

Turtle Beach PX22: px22 amplifier component burn out

a 5 lead sot-23 component that is positioned in the center of the PCB of the px22 amplifier has burn-out due to overcharging

On both sides of the PCB this 5 lead component can be found.

The description on the component is R9G5 (not burned out), and a description that looks like R9BT for the burned out component.

I have seen other amplifiers and the description of the components differ. R91V/R91W is a combination, R905 I also found.

I would like to now what kind of component this is.

Update (18.12.2017)

Hereby 3 pictures.

The red squares show the component of interest.

On the side of the turing wheels the component is burned out. I added a more detailed picture of that image.

Hope somebody can shed some light on what these components are and whether it makes sense to replace them
