Turtle Beach Elite 800: loose earcup rotation fix needed

Hi, the bracket that allows the headphone cups to rotate seems to be way too loose, to the point of when i try to put them in the transmitter dock or pick them up to put them on, the earcups just seem to have a mind of they’re own and will twist/rotate with the slightest hint of the headphones being moved. is there anyway to tighten this up, i’ve had the headphones apart to replace the battery (thanks for the tutorial it really helped) so i don’t mind taking them apart

Turtle Beach Elite 800: No power to transmitter

Hi,

I was playing on my headset last weekend and began to have issues with headset. I unplugged and plugged my transmitter back in which usually does the trick, however when I plugged my transmitter back in, it showed no signs of life and my LED light didn’t come on at the front. Just wondering what I can do to either get this fixed or get a replacement one.

Thanks

Turtle Beach Gaming Headset: Turtle Beach Stealth 700 parts

I am looking for a parts source for this headset. Turtle Beach refuses to sell non “plug and play” parts (example: USB stick, External Nobs)

My microphone boom broke off and its a simple 2 wire solder with a nylon washer that has two screws on the inside, that screws to the exterior boom, which mounts it to the frame. Mine sheared right at the screws leaving no meat to glue.

any sources?

Turtle Beach Gaming Headset: Stealth 700 powering on problem

The Turtle Beach Ear Force Stealth 700 for Xbox One.

Needing help……

The headset will power on but not the way it should. I’ll try to explain the best way that happens…..

Press the power button on…. (The sound of power on speaks) after a bit it sounds like its powered off but the green light stays.

It won’t connect to the Xbox & the wireless button won’t work….

Sometimes it will connect via Bluetooth to your mobile.

Press the power button again & the green light goes out, then a red light comes on for a few sec & the green light comes back on & stays on.

I’ve connected the headset to the Audio Hub and it fails to load on the 2nd attempt but if i press something not sure it will connect but you can’t reset it as it goes back to connection problem as before.

Everything looks good inside & outside the headset. Would it be worth buying a new battery is this the sigh of a faulty battery as i can’t find much online.

Turtle Beach Ear Force X11: How do I fix staticy volume knob?

On my headset, there’s a few spots on the volume control knob where one side will get loads of a scratchy static and cut out all sound going to that side. I’ve taken the housing apart several times throughout the years and ran the knob back and forth to try to clear this up, but I’m fed up and want to fix it for real now.

I couldn’t find anything here, but doing some digging I think I found an answer, and wanted to share it at the very least: cleaning the potentiometer. Other suggestions are welcome still!

Turtle Beach Elite 800: My headsets microphone is having a problem please help

(The device I chose isnt the device) Hello I just have a problem the “turtle beach recon 60p” headset. The problem is the jack, I was sitting on a chair at the time with one of the legs on top where the 3.5 mm jack and the usb adapter connect. After I realised it then I stood up then I heard a loud crackling sound through my headsets when I was playing ps4. I panicked I thought I broke it but when I disconnected it from the adapter it wasnt bent and it looked completely fine the jack and the adapter, I checked the headset, the jack, the adapter, my ps4, almost everything, but when I replugged my jack back into the adapter then into the ps4, the audio was fine, But my microphone starting turning off and on without me actually turning it off and on. I do not know what is happening but sometimes its off and sometimes its on. Please what is wrong with my Headset? Or more specifically: what is wrong with my mic? And finally: How do I fix it without soldering or doing anything that could potentially break it? Please, and thank you.
