Turtle Beach Ear Force X12: so my trrs has 6 wires

my trrs has 6 wires but they are weird the colors are red, blue, green, green with copper, red with copper, and copper with a white inside i dont understand what is the mic and why there is both the green and blue wires if they both do the same someone please respond

I accidentally applied too much pressure to the microphone part of my Turtle Beach Ear Force x12, and now it no longer works properly. Is there any way to repair the damage?

Well, for some reason, when I plug it in to a USB port and the green one and the purple one to the computer. It didn't work. IT worked fine before, but not it has black light. I can hear music, but it is only at a certain level. And I can't hear anyone. My brother said that it isn't receiving power from the computer, any help?

Turtle Beach Ear Force X12: Can't hear game chat, but others can hear me

I yanked out the cable that connects the controller to the headset by mistake and now I can't hear anyone in game chat or party chats. I've tried unplugging and replugging and turning the headset off and on. Will I have to buy a new cable?

Turtle Beach Ear Force X12: Internal electrical short below control box; wire is getting hot

Recently the wire beyond the control box on my X12 headsets has been getting hot, asking around I've found it's likely a electrical short from the wires becoming twisted.

How can I repair this myself? And would the hassle of doing so belay just buying a new set? I should have everything I need to fix it but want a detailed list to be sure.

I tried getting my headsets from my cousins which was playing with them, trying to rap through them. Anyways when I tried getting them from her and tried to talk through skype with my friends I couldn't hear anything. I can talk threw the mic but I just can't hear through them.

I lost the foam part of the mic. Amd i have this habit of putting the emic in my mouth. Mid playing the mic wssnt working ,but it didnt have it i. My mouth at by the time. How do i fix it?

Turtle Beach Ear Force X12: USB is chewed off by dog!

The dog chewed the wire that connects the USB port. I found the pin out to reconnect a new USB connector but when I stripped off the insulation I didn't see the 4 wires that were called out on the drawing. How do I reconnect a USB connector when it looks like there is only 1 wire inside the sleeving?

There is one wire inside insulation, a bunch of copper wires and a couple of blue wires that still look like they are copper just colored blue

So i pulled the wire out of the control box and i dont know how to fix it, so here are the pictures.

I don't know what size phillips i need for the screws as well so i don't want to mess up and break more stuff, The power is still on as described in this picture:

Turtle Beach Ear Force X12: Repair advice for x12 with faded audio.

I'm not exactly sure what is the matter with my x12's suddenly, but have opened them up and seen that there is no breakage or worn down wires from what I can see. I was hoping for someone with more knowledge in this sort of repair to guide me to where the issue may have occured.

They worked perfectly fine till two nights ago when I simply set them down to go eat and when I returned to my desk the sound was faded and even at the highest volume it is soft and difficult to hear. I thought it would be a loose wire or breakage, but when opening the headphones on either side I am unable to locate anything of the sort. Any advise on this matter would be greatly helpful.
