Trio PRO 10.6 powers up without issue, however, it will not recognize cursor nor connected keyboard nor mouse when connected to keyboard.

Trio Stealth-10: Factory reset and internal storage

I recently bought a tablet from my friend . I thought it was a steal of a deal untill I tried to download apps . My tablet will not allow me to access my internal storage or download any apps . What do I need to do to get to the internal storage ? It has a internal SD card as well as an external. I've tried numerous ways of goin about it. I don't even have an option as to where I want to save anything . And the worst part of all is if it dies or shuts off it does a factory reset everything .

I don't know if I tried to put too much info/pics on it, but even when it had a charge, it would freeze up constantly. Then I tried one more time to charge it, but it wouldn't take the charge then and still won't. How do I know if I should try to put in an SD card to see if it will, but then again, I guess I have to replace the battery first. How much will the new battery (plus installation) cost? (I'm 66, widowed, disabled and living on a very tight income, so I'm definitely not "tech savvy".) Thank you for your help.

Everything else works fine. I can do screenshots. Every time I try to use the camera I get Camera error...Cannot connect to the camera...Is there anything I can do to fix this...
